Most songs go out within 72 hours. On the Premium plan, count 48 h. And for last-minute gifts, there's a 24 h express option. If your event has a fixed date, mention it in the form: I plan around it. The delivery time starts once the payment is received and I have all the information: your story, the details and the anecdotes about the person the song is for.

You fill out the order form with your story, choose your package, then pay online. As soon as I have received the payment, I get to work and you receive your song by e-mail. The full walkthrough is on the How it works page.

Payment is made online, by card or with your PayPal account. The form shows the total of your order and you pay right after sending it. The order is confirmed as soon as the payment is received. This website does not collect any banking data, payment takes place on the PayPal site.

The music and the voice are created with artificial intelligence tools that I direct: I choose the style and the arrangements, discard the versions that don't fit, then retouch, mix and master every track. Yes, everything is digital. The song travels by e-mail, so all you need is an address to gift it to someone on the other side of the world.

Yes, as add-ons: the instrumental version (€9.90) so you can sing it yourself on the day, the karaoke version (€19.90), a video where the lyrics scroll in time so everyone can sing together, and the photo slideshow video (€29.90) that sets your photos to the song. You choose a plan and a design on the Gift card page, then pay with PayPal. The card arrives by e-mail within minutes, with a code and a link. The person who receives it types the code in the song request form: the value of the card is deducted from the price of the plan.

12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is written on the card.

Yes. The value of the card is deducted from the price of the chosen plan, and you pay the difference plus any add-ons. If the chosen plan costs less than the card, the difference is not refunded, so the simplest is to pick the same plan.

You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase as long as the card has not been used, by writing to contact@machansonperso.com. Once the card has been used, the song order follows the terms and conditions of sale.
